The conference takes place at the “Best Western Plus Vega Hotel & Convention Center” located in Izmailovo (Moscow district).

The Best Western Plus Vega Hotel & Convention Center is a part of the largest international hotel chain. Best Western is always proud of its high standards of quality and hospitality. The Best Western Plus Vega Hotel & Convention Center is located in the beautiful historical district of Moscow – Izmailovo. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel are historical monuments: Izmailovo Park with scenic ponds, the church, founded by Peter the Great, Izmailovo Kremlin and the Circus of singing fountains. It will take you only 15 minutes by subway to reach the historical heart of Moscow – Red Square.

Participants that would like to arrive on Saturday or to leave on Thursday kindly request to contact Prof. Kulikov (gmkulikov@mail.ru) who will take care of the extra night resolution (related costs could be paid directly at the hotel reception).
